写作的本质就是“词、句、思维”三大维度的结合体，故第一个建议将围绕 “词”谈。就词汇来说的话，首先要保证用词的多样性，可以利用同义替换、词性转变等技巧增加写作用词的丰富性，比如谈到“合作”，可以使用常规词team work，也有备用词work together/collaboration/ cooperation / the spirit of being cooperative等。
